Beautiful day. High around 80 with blue sky all day.
After John dropped us off at Smith Gap, we had a great hike (slack packing) to the Gateway Motel in Wind Gap. I realized that there were 9 of us on the trail heading north to Delaware Water Gap (DWG). There are 7 of us here in the motel tonight. Wendy, me, Jaybird, Boo, Scout, and Outside Dog were all in Slatington. We met Wool E. Mammoth on the trail today. He is the young one on this pack. He is only a 120 miles away from completing the AT.
The PA Rocks were not bad at all yesterday and not too bad today. Only 2 days left!
